| We offer consultations to provide our clients with healthy options as well as the best possible solution for their circumstance. Because we care about the condition of the client’s natural hair we carefully analyze each new client to determine if a treatment program is necessary during or before adding extensions. What we suggest is that you come in for a consultation, that way, we can take a look at your hair and talk about the type of styles you are trying to achieve & then determine which technique will workout best for you. Q: Would you like to set up a consultation appointment? A: If yes, The consultation takes anywhere from 15-30 minutes depending on how many questions you have. There is a $20 fee for the consultation unless of course you decide to set an appointment, we will then waive the consultation fee, however, you will be required to pay a minimum of $100.00 deposit to hold your appointment. The $100 will be deducted from the actual cost of your service. It is non-refundable but if you call to reschedule within 72 hours then you will be allowed to reschedule your appointment.
